How do i tell him how i feel about him?

so we're both 15 and in high school.we've been really close friends and i've really liked him more and more along the way and i've decided to tell him how i feel about him.i think he likes me back but i'm not completely sure.this one time last onth we made a bet on the super bowl and whoever lost had to kiss the other on the cheek.well i lost lol so i had to kiss him on the cheek and he was like "pucker up lol" i said "mann u got lucky >_<" and he said "i think u got lucky" and that was over text but yea that was one situation.so how do i come about telling him how i feel about him?wut do i say?and there were other moments but do u think he likes me from that superbowl bet that i told u guys about?thanks(:
