My boyfriend trouble? I want to kiss him ;)?

So my bf and I have gone out for a couple weeks and we've hugged, but I kinda want a kiss. I am too shy to outright ask for one, so I was thinking maybe a kiss on the cheek in order to initiate things? But how would I do that? Like get him so I could kiss him. We are the same height, he is about 1 inch taller than me. And also, do I just pucker? Or do I do something else. Anyway I could practice? And finally, if I do kiss him on the cheek, is there anything I could do to get him to kiss me?
