Did we go to fast in our relationship?

Me and my boyfriend are 14, and we have known each other for 9 months. We have been going out for 2 months but have liked each other for like 7 months. We kissed after a month, but last week it went farther. We were in the park, and were alone. We were just sitting in the grass, but then he started tickling me and i fell down and then he went on top of me, with hands on ether side of my body. We made out, and then rolled over so I was on top and made out there. He ran his hands down the small of my back, a little around my butt and rubbed my legs a bit. I know him so well, i love him. But did we go too far?
