Help Trying to find Spring green Blazer/coat?

im trying to find a plain coat or a blazer like this one (http://image.cosplayfu.com/sg/b/Tsukune-Cosplay-from-Rosario-Vampire.jpg). I can add the white detail myself but im having a really hard time finding a coat or blazer like this. I live in L.A and i been looking at stores like Macys, Ross,Target,Kmart,Walmart etc and no luck. My friend has this coat that he used last Year but its to small for me , and im also wondering if a Tailor can make it a size bigger
