Scouters help if i am not from the USA?

okaaay i am 13 years old play point guard, sf or sg. i am a great dibbler, good schooter and great as a leader and penetrating defense, i am from central america and i really really wanna go pro. but here scouts can come here to see players in central america. what can i do to show scouts who i am and maybe be interested in me when i get in college?
