Virus in homepage,could not change it?

I'm not sure why but whenever i click the homepage icon in internet explorer it will show me http://redirecturls.info instead of www.yahoo.com.sg, i used the northon anti-virus and it always detects the same virus. After resolving it, the virus the same virus comes back again the next day. I've even reinstall internet explorer 8 and even tried changing the homepage but it keeps going back to http://redirecturls.info.
