Wtf is with nba 2k11 my player coaching?!?

The coaching is horrible on there. I just started one and i'm a PG on the Wizards, I don't start yet, but i am the best scorer on the team. My previous game i played the Celtics and they took me out at the end of the 3rd put me back in the 4th with 4 min remaining and we were losing by 14 and came back and took it to OT, then they took me out for the whole OT period and we lost by 9. I am 3-7 so far but i have already requested a trade.
