I need help getting over a plateau!?

so i started a losing weight the "healthy" way about 5 months ago and i was 140lbs. now i am at 123lbs and have tried every diet out there. my plateau used to be at 130 and i managed to get over it when i was going on a 1200 calorie diet. however, i do not go that low anymore as my metabolism slowed greatly. i have tried the gm diet, the skinny bit** diet, being anorexic, and am now on a zig zag diet where one day i will eat 1600 calories and the next two i will only eat 1200. it doesnt matter how much or how little i eat, i am always the same when the next week rolls around! i am currently lifting weights and playing volleyball twice a week and the other three days i walk about a mile. i am already quite muscular so i do not think i want anymore as i am trying to become a model. i eat healthy and whenever i have a treat i have a small bowl of frosted flakes because they are my favorite :) i only need to lose 5lbs and im in..but i really need help! i am completely against any eating disorders and still want to look healthy once i am finished. btw..i am 16 and 5'7

I roll with someone who constantly keeps me at bay by pushing off with his hands when i try to get into side control from passing the gaurd, the problem is that he keeps pushing off and putting his knee close ot his body to block and when i look up guard pass videos to help or advice online it usually shows the gaurd pass technique without ever telling what to do about the hands, its as if there hands didn;t exsist when they were doing the technique. On all pregnancy test \you can see both lines without the color before you take them. The color is an indicator if there is no color then nothing to indicate. It is still very early to tell though. If your periods are very regular then you would have been ovulating around the 6th. If you breastfeed regularly, every four hours, then you should be ok. This is not a very effective form of BC but it does help some. My periods always did different things after each of my children so cramps might just be one of those changes. Honestly, the only thing you can do at this point is wait. I know that sucks but its too early for a test to show positive. The more you stress about the more you will drive yourself crazy. I first notice that the left side of my tongue felt numb, then later on that night my left side of my eye started to get watery. Okay. So about a month and a half ago I bought 2 grams of blue dream weed from a friend. I smoked it a few times and I loved it. So then one day I had a baseball game and i got mad at my dad who is a coach and I threatened to not go to the game if he didn't do something and he didn't so he left and I stayed home. I was extremely mad at him so I decided to smoke some of my blue dream. I rolled a joint and smoked it. It was a pretty decent size and I took probably 15-20 decent rips which is a lot. I kept walking and all of the sudden everything went blurry and super fast motion and I laid down. I couldn't control anything - what I was doing, saying, etc. I kept seeing pictures in my head and also numbers. It looked like it was a movie in front of me and i can only describe it as it looked like my childhood for some reason. My eyes would just look at a few things and then fixate on a random thing. It was the scariest thing I have every experienced in my life. I can't really explain it anymore. So anyway, a few nights ago I snuck out with my friend, his girlfriend, and also a friend who is a girl. So we were on a golf course and we decided to go somewhere else so we all stood up but I was a little behind. I popped a piece if mentos gum into my mouth. I few seconds after my mouth and throat went as dry as they've ever been. I tried to scream to them but i couldn't out get anything out. I leaned over and tried to talk. One of my friends turned around and said dude are you okay. I couldn't talk still. It lasted for about 15 seconds if no breathing. But while I was "choking" I saw the same things I saw when I tripped really bad and that was over a month ago. My eyes fixated on things the same way as before. So then I told my friends what happened. I told my guy friend about the incident that happened because he smokes weed too. We decided to go into one of my friends car and just sleep. Then when I woke up me my friend went home. So now it has been a few days and sometimes I feel like life is fake. It feels like a dream and everytime I think about life not being real I totally zone out. I feel high all of the time. I eat a lot, and enshrine I start talking to someone I forget what I am saying. I think your voice is semi-flat, but it has potential :) I honestly don't think that your voice sounds the best with that type of music, though, have you tried any other genres? Since you said that you know nothing about singing, I think that if you'd like to improve, you should look up videos on youtube that can help you. Look up head/chest voice, and make sure you always warm up before you begin singing :D If nothing else, take a choir class at school.

I was playing fetch with my yorkie this morning and the ball rolled down a hill behind our shed. I waited for my dog to come back to me with the ball but she didn't so I went to see what she was doing. I saw her rolling around on the ground (like she usually does when she finds something smelly) next to what looked like a dead squirrel or rabit. At the quick glance I took I saw it was rotting and opened up, not just laying dead. So if my dog came in contact with the insides of a wild animal, is there a chance she could get rabies? ALSO the inside of her lower left eyelid is red and puffy. this just came up today as far as I've seen. She always has sties and goobers in her eyes though. How Likely is my vision waiver be approved for the Air Force?

So about 2 months ago I went to MEPS I scored an 80 on the ASVAB and seemed to be okay on everything besides my vision, which I knew I would fail since It is above a refractive error of -8.0. At the MEPS station my recorded vision was -9.0 so I was DQ'd and went home empty handed. They sent a waiver to the SG of the Air Force and they said it would either be denied approved or he would request further eye testing. I got news a month ago that the SG requested I have more eye examination so I went back a week ago to MEPS and took a cab from there to a civilian eye doctor. He examined my eyes and determined Im correctable to 20 20 in both eyes, left eye is -8.25 and right is -8.50. Also I have no eye diseases. They said they would send this back down to the SG with the new results. So I'm wondering with my recorded vision if my waiver would be accepted. Im hoping and praying it will be. Considering the SG didnt disapprove my waiver the first time and requested further testing odds are it will be approved right?

Instead of 'She was laid" put "They lay her upon a stretcher..." Watch out for words like "felt, feeling, was, had," as they can slow down your action.

So, about a month or two ago, i found out that my best friends little sister (who is like my little sister), has seizures and has something along the lines of epilepsy. Ever since i found that out, things that dont normally happen to me, keep happening. In May of this year i went to a concert with some friends, and i didnt even get to see the person that i actually really wanted to see because i passed out and my friend had to carry me outside. And fyi, i have NEVER passed out before in my life. Then, about a week or two ago, my friend offered me this spice and salvia mix, and i thought, why not smoke it? so i did, next thing i knew i couldnt see very well, my heart was racing, and there were black dots everywhere in my vision, and i kind of had tunnel vision. I thought i had passed out, but when i asked my friends about it they said i was convulsing and my eyes were rolling back in my head, as if i were having a seizure. So this really scared me and i have no clue what to do about it, or what is even happening to me. I would really like to figure this out though, so i dont put myself in a potentially harmful situation. I think the Nets can easily offer Brook Lopez who can be a 22-24 and 8-9 rebound guy in this league, Anthony Morrow who can be a legit starting SG, Brandan Writing expiring deal in exchange for Dwight Howard and maybe Turkoglu (to get him off the books). All the Magic will need is a great defensive player and rebounder at the 4 like maybe Ibaka and to sign a legit swing man (like Danny Granger or Andre Igoudala) to be able to compete.

A question about a hysteroscopy?

I am 51. My periods stopped a year ago, but in January I had a period so got checked out. The doctor said I had an enlarged uterus and sent me for a scan. The radiologist said there were no fibroids, but the womb lining was enlarged. There was a strange puckering to my womb, and seemed surprised I hadnt had a blood test. I am now booked in for a hysteroscopy. It has now been 2 months since I was diagnosed as having an enlarged uterus, and waiting for the hysteroscopy is making me really worried. I have zero energy, and sleep a lot, and have a pain in my lower back (right) but only when I sit in a soft chair (i.e. when my spine is curved). I realise it may be cancer....but of what....ovarian, womb or what? And if not, what may be causing these symptoms?

I'm sure it is possible to check yourself for dilation but I honestly wouldn't recommend it because your hands could have bacteria and other stuff on it that it's not good to just go ahead and stick your fingers up there. A centimeter is about the size of your fingernail so if you could sorta measure it that way then you would know how many centimeters you were but again I wouldn't recommend sticking your fingers up there.

I need some help with tension problems on my sewing machine.?

I have been sewing for over 50 years but just got a new computerized Brother machine. It has an embroidery attachment and I love it. Have already used that feature alot. But..when I try to do regular sewing the fabric puckers up. i have tried to reset the tension several different ways, removed and replaced the bobbin, changed needles etc. The stitches look ok from the top and the bottom, but everything puckers. Do I have to use different thread than what am used to? Just good old Coats and Clark.

Okay, my last question was on my work performance. To follow up on this I want to be more specific. I began my job as a college student about to graduate. They really liked me and gave me the chance to start 30 hours a week until I graduate. I graduated a month and a half ago and now I am full time. My position is a new position which the person before me quit by the fourth month. I have always worked with children or in a school setting, this job is mainly administrative and deals with money which makes it more stressful. I feel that I have been doing the big things right, I am caught up with everything. The thing is, I messed up in the addition 2 times due to some complicated receipts, I in turn got a huge calculator with paper roll to help me with it. That is mistake number one. I have not messed up since, I have to admit, the calculator helped. I however, continue to make little mistakes such as forgetting to put down a name on a document (actually, it has only happened once: today). Anyway, there are more times I messed up on the little details that make a huge difference, but I can't remember right now. I am also very shy and not very confident since I am required to learn all of the new things that we have to do as a company to be in compliance. I am stressed I do admit, but I am trying my best. It's the small mistakes that get me. I have been there three months and a week, my 90 day evaluation is tomorrow. I am nervous, I feel like I can improve so much, I am just until this day still trying to catch on to the new rules and regulations. Is this normal? I have no idea how my eval will go tomorrow, but I do not feel it will be good.

armpit odor can be really embarrassing especially for a girl so here is a good home remedy. Use a small piece of lime or lemon and rub it in your armpits. (don't have or it will burn like hell). Also deodorants tend to be the main cause for armpit darkening and smell, the only thing deodorants are good for is clogging up your pores in your armpits. when you shower do not use soap in your armpit just use a warm damp cloth and wipe. I you want to shave then go ahead just be sure to wait at least 2hrs before applying the lemon/lime. Bad latch problem with breastfeeding?

My son is 9 months old and he still nurses every 2-5 hours. I've been noticing when he nurses that his mouth isn't in the correct "latch" form. I've had to adjust him to where his bottom lip would stick out in a pout. His upper lip won't pucker as it should in a correct latch and I hear a sqeaky, sucking sound (kind of like the sound you make when you kiss) when he nurses sometimes. I have tried to encourage him to open his mouth wider, but can't seem to get his upper lip to cooperate. He does have very small lips so I don't know if that has to do with anything. I noticed this beginning back when he was 6 months but it's started getting really noticeable within the last month. HELP!

Well the Jazz have Paul Millsap, Al Jefferson, Derrick Favors, Enes Kanter, and Mehmet Okur if he ever returns healthy. They need to probably trade Al Jefferson to let Enes Kanter develop. Trading for Beasley would make sense since Andrei Kirilenko is going to probably leave and they will need an SF and the Timberwolves have Derrick Williams now who will be the SF and they need a center.

My grandson and his parents-should I just butt out?

My grandson will be 2 in mid-July. My son and daughter-in-law do not live close to us so we see them 3-4 times a year. This past week they came home for an important family gathering and I am disturbed at my grandsons progress or lack of as far as communication. My son and his wife are WONDERFUL parents, but I am wondering if they are too doting. My grandson points and they jump-- he throws temper tantrums when he doesn't get his own way and they do nothing about it. He speaks very little although I know he can as when it is just him and I-he will talk up a storm. My husband and I babysat one night while they went out with some friends and it took me a while, but we finally had him running around-playing and rolling around outside. He was having a ball. He got dirty like I have never seen him (which is really not allowed by my DIL at all) and went to bed without issue and slept all night long. They picked him up in the morning and he was winey and moody all over again. They live in a very warm area, where it gets pretty miserable outside--so they stay in the house alot. They watch tv quite a bit and since they work alot (she a restaurant manager and he owns his own consturction company), he is at the sitters alot of the time. He is as smart as a whip--I do not believe for one minute he isn't able to do all the things a 2 year old should do, he just doesnt' when his parents are around and they don't make him. They have just entered him into a new daycare/nursery school that I think will benefit him greatly--playing with other kids and having to speak etc. I wish he lived closer so he could spend more time with us (we live on a farm and he LOVES the animals) but that is not possible. The stories I hear from my DIL about her upbringing, her parents were very, very strict, bordering on cruel (opne side of the story I know) my son was disciplined and to be honest once he got past about 7-8 years, I hardly ever had to discipline him, he had a good solid basis of right and wrong. They are both loving parents and I know they believe they are doing the right thing and only want whats best but sometimes I think they are too laid back with him. So do I keep my mouth shut or do I say something to my son/DIL? The not discipling is the part that really concerns me. They have to have a good solid base or they get out of hand as they get older.

How does the doctor know how my baby is laying or even if he's ok? 33 weeks?

So far everything has been good. My blood pressure is fine, my fundus is measuring right on schedule..ect I'm not worried because I feel him move every day and I know what's normal. I have not had an ultrasound since I was 20 weeks (they didn't tell me how he was laying) and they said they will not do another unless I have complications. They have not externally checked my stomach or pushed down, touched it to feel the baby so how will they know if he's in a bad position? How will they estimate what he weighs? I think he's facing with his back up because I feel two round har spots, one under right ribs and one down diagonal on my left. Never heard of diagonal baby??? I feel mostly rolls and squirms rather than kicks but when I do, I feel them high and low so I don't know if he's in position. They were so great in the beginning and the last couple months they don't do anything except blood pressure, weight, and measure me and tell me everything is fine...

I don't think that it would effect anything like that, but it might look bad while you're dancing, especially if you roll in on plie or in positions such as first and fifth. If you go see a foot doctor, they can prescribe insoles that will prevent your feet from rolling in. My friend, who (like me) is serious about dance, has the same problem. She got insoles and I have tried on her shoes... ah they are so comfortable and they will help. If you don't get those (or until) just focus on keeping all of your toes flat on the floor and make sure your not trying to turn out from your knees as this can make it worse. Always always always turn out from your hips and hip flexers. (:
